My background:
I am a graduate of the University of Montana with a B.S. in forest management and have over 25 years of natural resource work experience. For 15 years I worked for the Montana Dept. of State Lands as a Lead Forester with most of that time spent assisting forest landowners to manage their timber resources. I also spent a considerable amount of time setting up and administering State Lands timber sales. I have also worked for industry and seasonally for the U.S. Forest Service, while in school. For the past 10 years I have been in private practice as a forestry consultant. My consulting business has taken me throughout Montana, Idaho and Washington. Services I provide my clients include timber appraisals and evaluations, timber sale layout and management, timber improvement design and implementation, cost share layout, hazard reduction management, timber acquisition, road layout and design, insect and disease evaluations, management and estate planning and forest stewardship workshops.

PS. My love of working with wood inspired me to begin creating fine custom furniture and wood art.
